Dos and don'ts while having herpes. A short guide for men.
Herpes, STDs, and even HIV virus are something which can touch anyone, anywhere. Sometimes even one unprotected sexual adventure is needed for getting the transmission and has problems and health issues for the rest of life. People who are having herpes are rather cautious, however, some of them seems like don’t care about their condition or even have no idea that they are infected.

1. Be confident
Accept your current situation and don’t let it get you down. Having herpes and being infected is not the end of the world for you since there’s a bunch of treatments to help you fight against it. Don’t let your sickness rule your world.

3. Use condoms
HIV and other STDs are mostly transmitted by sexual intercourse. The rate of male-to-female transmission is higher than another case. If you are a homosexual be aware that anal intercourse will lead to transmission as well. Wearing a condom and having protected intercourse is a must!
4. Practice personal hygiene
This is a very important step to keep your body clean and in perfect condition. Herpes and STDs are less likely to transmit when the environment is rather clean. Take a great care while washing infected areas in order of not spreading them to another body parts.
5. Start treatment
Starting proper treatment on time will raise your chance of having good and healthy life and in the case of HIV will extend your lifetime up to 20-30 years.
6. Exercise and eat well
Change your eating habits and start to eat cleaner and natural products like vegetables and fruits. Starting a gym is a good idea too to keep your body condition well in order to fight against STDs and herpes.
7. Find love and support

8. Don’t hide the truth
Hiding the fact that you are infected is the worst thing you can even do. Not only lie to yourself will increase the chance of not getting proper body condition but lie to your partner is against any morality.
9. Never have unprotected sex
For your own safety and your partner’s as well never initiateunprotected sexual intercourse. The best things you can do is having an honest talk with your partner about you being infected and find a perfect solution together in order to enjoy sex life.
10. Never give up
Keep your body and mind condition clean and never give up. Having herpes or STDs is not the end of the world and they're millions of people worldwide who struggle with the same problem as you.
